Giuliana and Bill Rancic are still basking in the glow of the birth of their son, Duke Edward, but that hasn't stopped the couple from planning for a second child. Giuliana recently spilled the beans that "the wheels are in motion" for baby number two.

"We've got a few embryos on ice. They're ready to go!" Giuliana told "Life & Style" magazine. "A lot of people have one kid and it's enough. But for us, we're just having so much fun that we'd love to have another child."

The couple went through a tough ordeal in order to have son Duke, who was born via gestational surrogate. The Rancics allowed cameras to film their heartache as time after time they were disappointed by their inability to get pregnant.

Eventually, after several failed attempts at in-vitro fertilization (IVF), the Rancics announced they were pregnant thanks to a woman named Delphine, their gestational surrogate. She would most likely be the surrogate for the Rancics once again, Giuliana revealed.

"She's just a good person. We'd have to go down the surrogacy path again. Thankfully, before I went on my medication, we did another round of IVF, so we have embryos ready to go," Rancic explained.

Baby Duke is only seven weeks old, and the couple could not be happier. They have shared their story both on TV, with their reality series, "Giuliana & Bill" and in print. The couple has released several photos of Duke through their Twitter account, and Duke even has his very own Twitter account.

The little one's profile states that he is the "son of Bill & Giuliana Rancic. You can find me sleeping, eating or pooping…that's how I roll." He already has over 17,000 Twitter followers anticipating his first tweet. If he's anything like his famous parents, it won't be too long of a wait.
