'Glee' Season 6 Spoilers, Plot News: What to Expect in 'A Wedding'

This week's showing of the hit musical comedy TV drama show "Glee" Season 6 will take a break from the stiff show choir competition to feature an upcoming wedding of some of its lovely characters.

Spoiler reports indicated that Santana (Naya Rivera) and Brittany (Heather Morris), who have been on and off over the years, are now finally set to get married. But looking at the promo video, Brittany might be having doubts about the union.

In the teaser posted on Entertainment Tonight, the couple is already in their wedding dresses and are preparing for the ceremony which was revealed to be in a barn. Brittany, who appears to believe in old wedding superstitions, seems a little bit upset that they have seen each other long before the rites took place.

"Do you know why a groom couldn't see the bride before the wedding?" Santana asked in the video.

"Cannibalism?" Brit answered.

"No," Santana explained. "Dates back to arranged marriages. People thought that if the couple had time to see each other before the wedding, they would change their minds and bail on actually getting married. That's not us, okay? Because you love me and I love you."

But fans are certainly hoping that Brittany will ditch the superstition and go on to say "I Do."

Meanwhile, a report from BuddyTV.com indicated the four songs which fans will hear during this episode.

According to the site Etta James' "At Last" OutKast's "Hey Ya!" The Pointer Sisters' "I'm So Excited" and Ruby & The Romantics' "Our Day Will Come" will be performed in tonight's segment.

Viewers will also witness the duet performance by Mercedes (Amber Riley) and Artie (Kevin McHale)as well as the brides themselves.

"Glee" Season 6 Episode 8 "A Wedding" airs this Friday, Feb. 20, at 9 p.m. on FOX.
