'Glee' Season 6 Plot Spoilers, News: Cast Member Reveals A Shocking Final Season Twist

Fox's fan-favorite musical comedy-drama TV series "Glee" is now moving forward on its sixth and final season but spoiler reports suggest that fans should expect "something shocking" on its upcoming episodes.

A report from Hollywood Life hinted that "something crazy" is coming up in the popular McKinley High School football team to which cast member Dot Marie Jones, who played as coach Shannon Beiste, mentioned Chord Overstreet's Sam taking up the next step.

"Episode three, I really think is gonna shock some people," Jones said. "Chord is now my new football assistant. I am going through some personal things, so I'm trusting in him to take over football and run things for me, and trying to figure out how to tell him what I'm going through."

What could be these "personal things" that Coach Beast is currently dealing with that forced her to leave the reins to Sam?

As for the upcoming episode the plot synopsis for "Jagged Little Tapestry" was posted on The Futon Critic and it reads:

"Rachel and Kurt struggle as they try to rebuild and co-direct the glee club at McKinley. Meanwhile, Sue is concerned when Becky brings her new boyfriend to town."

Taking hints from episode name, this Friday's showing is said to feature songs from artists Alanis Morissette and Carole King. A sneak peek offered a preview of Santana (Naya Rivera) and Brittany (Heather Morris) doing a mash-up rendition of Alanis' "Hand in my Pocket" and King's "I Feel the Earth Move."

"Glee" Season 6 airs Fridays, at 9 p.m. on Fox.
