Golden State are on an amazing run this season and are on pace to shatter the existing record for most wins in a regular season set by the Chicago Bulls many years ago.
If they get more than 72 wins, they will hold the best record ever and will be in the discussion as one of the best teams to ever play a season in the league.
Stephen Curry is once again playing at an MVP-level as he shoots the ball with so much grace and efficiency that he has to be covered as soon as he steps in the half court.
He also has great players alongside him as Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and the rest of the Warriors have elevated their game.
For the Rockets, James Harden holds the distinction of being the best player in the team but is lacking solid contributions from his teammates as they hover around the .500 mark for most of the season.
If they want to make a run in the latter stages of the season, Dwight Howard, Ty Lawson and Josh Smith should do better to help Harden or they risk ending the season with disappointment.
