Gospel Dream 2005 Searches for Best Music Talent
Performers from all across the nation will be competing to be signed by a major label at Gospel Dream 2005.
Starting this August, auditions will be held in seven cities (Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, New Orleans, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, and Memphis) as the best in emerging gospel music talent are chosen among contestants of all gospel styles, including traditional and contemporary soul, pop, rock, and R&B.
The talent search will be broadcasted exclusively on Gospel Music Channel beginning October 5 at 8 pm Eastern. Semi-finals and the final round, which will take place in Atlanta, GA, will air on November 30 and December 1, respectively.

Performers will have the opportunity to gain national recognition with fans throughout the nation.
Hosted by Jonathan Slocumb, a stand-up comedian, the show will have three national judges from the music industry -- R&B singer/songwriter Kelly Price, freelance writer/music critic Andy Argyrakis, and president of Zomba Gospel Max Siegel.
Each local audition will narrow the number of contestants down to three for the semi-finals. The winner will then be chosen among a narrowed group of ten in the final round.
