'Gotham' Season 2 Cast News, Update: Hit DC TV Series on the Lookout for 2 New Villains
Fox's fan-favorite crime-fighting TV drama series "Gotham" still have months to go before it returns to the small screen and new reports indicated that there will be more characters slated to join Season 2.
TV Line's latest scoop item revealing that the next installment will feature two new characters, "a male DC villain" and a female one.
The media outlet described the first as an "intelligent, cultured and highly articulate, extremely attractive, both seductive and threatening …" The other evildoer, meanwhile, will be "in her mid-to late 20s – a sexy knock-out."
Cinema Blend was quick to throw out some speculations as to who these characters could be. The male perpetrator would likely be the Mad Hatter, who was reported earlier to be joined with other newcomers including Mr. Freeze and Clayface.
The problem with Jervis Tetch, however, is his physical attributes which is often depicted in other media as "not being handsome." But, with what Season 1 has done with the Ogre (Milo Ventimiglia) it certainly wouldn't be a problem at all.
Other options include the new mob villain Tony Zucco, "the man who will possibly later be behind the death of Dick Grayson's parents, should the show go that far," the site wrote.
The woman, on the other hand, could probably be among those names in the C-listers like Peyton Riley, who is a female ventriloquist, Magpie, Sofia Falcone and a few more others.
"None of these are household names, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous," the site clarified.
To reiterate, "Gotham" Season 2 is slated to air on Fox in late 2015.
