The Vikings have struggled badly this season and come into this game on 4-6. If they can win today then it would just about keep their slim hopes alive, but the chances of them being able to capture a postseason berth from this position are extremely unlikely.

The Packers are in excellent form right now, and in the past two weeks they have piled on more than 100 points against opposition.

Last week's 53- 20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles was overwhelming and unexpected, as the Eagles are being touted by some as being serious challengers this season. However, the manner with which they were swept aside by the Packers was astonishing, and that will have given Green Bay extraordinary confidence that they could go all the way this season.

In Week 10 the Packers were also in amazing form, destroying the Chicago Bears 55-14 in a one-sided contest.

If the Vikings are not careful today then they could end up on the receiving end of a similar result.

Meanwhile, the Packers will hope to claim the win today before pitting themselves against the other NFL team in amazing form right now - the New England Patriots in Week 13.
