Green Bay Packers vs Seattle Seahawks is the Monday Night Football game this week, with both sides desperate to improve upon recent performances and gain more consistency as the regular season progresses. The game starts at 8.30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).
The Monday Night Football game will come live from CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington in what should be an intriguing contest.
The Green Bay Packers got off to a poor start this season, slumping to a 30-22 loss in their opening game against the San Francisco 49ers. However, Packers' fans will have been delighted with the way the team has bounced right back to gain a convincing 23-10 win in week two over the Chicago Bears.
Aaron Rodgers has been a central figure in most of what the Packers have done good so far, and over the opening two games he has completed 52 of 76 passes for over 500 yards and three touchdowns.
He has linked up impressively with wide received Jordy Nelson, who has taken 11 grabs for 148 yards so far.
The Packers' running game has also shown some sparks of class. The team signed Cedric Benson prior to the regular season starting and he has already begun to pay back the faith placed in him, clocking up 99 yards on 29 rush attempts.
The Seattle Seahawks have also had an inconsistent start to the season, with a 1-1 record coming into this week 3 game. Like the Packers, the Seattle Seahawks lost their season opener to the Arizona Cardinals in a desperately close battle, which they eventually lose 20-16.
However, again like the Packers, the Seahawks have rallied to register an impressive win in week two, destroying the usually tough-to-beat Dallas Cowboys 27-7.
That win will have given the Seahawks fans renewed hope over what they can accomplish this season. However, another slip up today would leave them 1-2 and repeatedly inconsistent results would certainly damage their prospects this season.
