The hit medical drama series "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 is now close to airing its mid-season finale and the tension is building higher and higher in Grey Sloan Hospital.

For this week's segment, an official synopsis was released for the episode titled "Risk."

"Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) disagree with Derek (Patrick Dempsey) about the best way to approach a patient's case, which leads to a bigger argument between the couple. Speculations suggest that this could be when the long-lost sisters agree with each other for the first time, even if it will cost Meredith's professional and personal relationship with her husband, Derek.

Meanwhile, a recently-released video for tonight's episode shows April (Sarah Drew) having her pre-natal sonogram. She was assisted by her husband's ex-lover, Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton). Stephanie couldn't help covering the excitement of telling April the baby's gender. However, Stephanie found some "unsettling information" about the baby.

"I need you to look at this. I think there's something wrong with Jackson and April's baby," Stephanie called in for her colleagues. "I haven't told her. I haven't told Jackson. I have no idea what to do. Maybe we're wrong."

Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) replied, "I hope so."

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 winter finale airs this Thursday, Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
