'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Episode 3 Spoilers and Episode 2 Recap: Is Jo Pregnant? The Return of Nazi Bailey

In the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" entitled "I Choose You," the official synopsis reads, "Maggie reevaluates her life choices after receiving an invitation to her ex-boyfriend's wedding; Richard questions Bailey's loyalty, and Jo confides in Stephanie about a secret she's been keeping from Alex. Meanwhile, Alex struggles with making a difficult decision that will affect the lives of newborn twins."

In the promo for the episode, it would seem that Jo has been keeping a really big secret from Alex as she talks to Stephanie. The promo implies that Jo is pregnant, and when Jo asks Alex if he wants kids, his answer is not what she wanted to hear. April wants to fix her marriage with Jackson, but unfortunately, he does not want to mend things with her.

In the preceding episode it began with Bailey's first day as the new chief of surgery. She had ruined her own party that Richard had set up in order to celebrate her promotion. She also wanted to abolish the weekly meeting.

Bailey had pushed all patients on Meredith prior to her promotion and she also made Meredith teach a class as well. Meredith was now drowning in work and she had taken her annoyance out on poor Stephanie.

Bailey had pushed everyone twice as hard since she had been making work to their fullest capacity. A recent case had Bailey pulling the top residents from their own cases to work on the case that had been bothering her.

The way Bailey was acting reminded the residents of the time when they used to call her The Nazi. When Bailey heard this, she immediately regretted taking the job. Bailey realized her mistake and she apologized to the staff after she talked to Richard.

Bailey promised to do better tomorrow. Meanwhile, April and Jackson's marriage had completely fallen apart. In the end, Meredith was named the new chief of surgery.

"Grey's Anatomy" airs every Thursday.
