This may suggest that the purported GTA 6 may not still be on their drawing board because the plans for GTA Online are currently the top priority of the firm.

Meanwhile, KPopStarz gave off their part of the scoop saying that a female character will likely be leading the Vice City-themed GTA 6.

In their report, they pointed out a Wikipedia page listing of the character Mercedes Cortez which was initially set up to be the love interest for GTA: Vice City's Thomas "Tommy" Vercetti. GTA series writer Dan Houser addressing the speculations of the female-led game storyline.

As of this publication date, there's still no official statement that could confirm or debunk the rumors about GTA 6.
