'GTA 6' Rumors: Players May Be Able To 'Teleport' Across States

"Grand Theft Auto" (GTA) 6 fans are already clamoring for details on their favorite game series even though it is still a long way ahead of the release, and some rumors about the game have already surfaced.

After GTA 5 was released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, gamers are now hungry to know what the next game will look like. Rumor has it that GTA 6 will feature a "state-to-state" map of America and players will be able to "teleport" from one place to another, according to Neuro Gadget.

A lot of GTA 6 fans are hoping that Rockstar will include the rumored map feature in the next game, and some are hoping that the rumors about the game's characters and story will come to pass. Unfortunately, the developer still has not confirmed anything about it, Vine Report (VR) details.

There is one bad news for owners of the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3: GTA 6 will not be available for these consoles. So, before the game is released, players are encouraged to change their consoles right away. Besides, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 have more exclusive games than the older consoles.

Moreover, the next GTA will most likely have improved graphics that are not compatible with the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the report explains.

As for the release date, fans will have to wait longer because the latest rumors say the game will come out anytime between 2018 and 2020, and that is at least three years from now. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick explained in an interview why GTA and other similar titles cannot have yearly sequels.

"On the one hand to rest the title and on the other hand to have the highest quality in the market, which takes time," VR quotes Zelnick's statement. "You can't do that annually."

Still, fans have to keep their hopes up because Zelnick promises that GTA 6 will be worth the long wait. More details about the game are expected to surface in the next few months or years.
