'Hannibal' Season 3 Cast News, Spoilers: Show to Recast Will's Wife Molly, 'Hobbit' Star is the Tooth Fairy
Recent news about the hit psychological-thriller drama series "Hannibal" Season 3 indicated that a major time jump in the show will happen and that one character will find help from his wife.
After a few years of recovering from that fatal incident with Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen), Will Graham's (Hugh Dancy) life will be put back to pieces once again with the help of his wife Molly and 12-year-old son, TVLine reported.
According to the site, Will's wife is a "strong vibrant thirtysomething who is not only unperturbed by her husband's dark and occasionally tortured past."
TVLine further stated that the upcoming character truly understands the goodness in Will, and her love for him will help the FBI profiler "rebuild himself."
The publication went on to say that Molly's appearance on the show will span for four episodes and will start at Episode 8. This segment in Season 3 will see a major time jump "into the future to allow for the transformation in Will's personal life."
It is still currently unknown of which actress will play the role of Will's supporting wife.
In related cast news, "The Hobbit" trilogy star Richard Armitage will join "Hannibal" to play the terrifying role of Francis Dolarhyde, who is also known as The Tooth Fairy.
Dolarhyde was the main villain in Thomas Harris' "Red Dragon" novel to which the show is now based from.
"Hannibal" will kick off its brand new season on NBC later this year.
