'Hannibal' Season 3 News, Spoilers: Will Graham Finds New Alliance With Jack Crawford

Things are already getting intense as the third season of the hit psychological TV drama series "Hannibal" moves forward this week with a brand new episode. According to spoiler reports, it will find Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) on the trail to capture the killer doctor while he himself needs some saving.

Titled "Secondo," the upcoming segment will feature a town in Lithuania where Hannibal's (Mads Mikkelsen) childhood took its shape and his inner psychopath self was unleashed.

Will will stumble upon the grave of Mischa Lecter, the titular character's younger sister. Her sudden death eventually drove Lecter into madness.

The new setting will also find Will acquainting with a "mysterious" woman named Chiyo, who will help him locate the cannibalistic doctor.

According to the media outlet, Chiyo was loosely based on Thomas Harris' character in novel, Lady Murasaki.

Meanwhile, Laurence Fishburne's Jack Crawford will be on the look-out for Will's welfare in Europe. Jack has long feared that Will's madness will eat him alive and thus must be saved.

Followers may remember Graham suffering from post-traumatic delusions such as seeing Abigail Hobbs like she was alive.

Hannibal, on his part, is apparently worried that Graham will soon catch up on his whereabouts. He and his bride Bedelia are still in Italy. The latter believes that her companion isn't really worried about Will finding him as she thought this could all be his plan all along.

"My feeling was that he goes after Hannibal knowing that he has to do it, but almost choosing not to worry why he's going or what he wants to find when he gets there and what he wants to do. He's in a much clearer mental state," Dancy explained in an interview with Variety.

"Hannibal" Season 3 Episode 3 "Secondo" airs this Thursday, June 18, at 9 p.m. on NBC.
