'Hannibal' Season 3 Spoilers, Plot News: Will Works With Dr. Lecter to Capture Dolarhyde
The arrival of Richard Armitage's Francis Dolarhyde a.k.a. the Tooth Fairy in the previous episode, "The Great Red Dragon," seems to change and further intensify the already chaotic situation of NBC's hit psychological-horror drama TV series "Hannibal" Season 3.
With the ruthless serial killer still on the loose, Will comes into a decision which could eventually help him stop the murder spree as well as put him in a compromising position with Hannibal.
Fans may already have the idea the gruesome torment Will has suffered in the hands of the cannibalistic doctor. However, spoiler reports indicated that Will has to enlist the help of Dr. Lecter to aid him in obtaining the killer's profile.
The teasers for this episode titled "And the Woman Clothed with the Sun" mentioned the concerns of Alana over Will's decision to tie up with Hannibal. Will, on his part, must igonre the worst case scenarios in his mind not because he hopes that his dynamics with Hannibal will change, but because he has no other option to catch Dolarhyde.
Also in this segment, it is said that the Tooth Fairy will meet a new woman in his life. The part is played by guest star Rutina Wesley from "True Blood."
"Dolarhyde and Reba represent a tragic, romantic love story, which really doesn't end well and escalates into a Shakespearian opera of the proportions that Thomas Harris really explores in the novel," Armitage told TV Line.
"Hannibal" Season 3 Episode 9 airs this Saturday, Aug. 1, at 10 p.m. on NBC.
