As stated by the website, main cast members Mads Mikkelsen, who plays the titular character and Hugh Dancy (Will Graham) were seen doing scenes last year in Florence with Mikkelsen covered in blood.

In related news, Enstarz.com also cited series creator Bryan Fuller going to his social media on Saturday to tease the eagerly-awaiting fans on the show's upcoming 7th episode of Season 3.

"IF YOU THOUGHT THE "HORSE-WITH-THE-CORPSE-IN-IT-WITH-THE-BIRD-IN-IT" WAS WEIRD, #HANNIBAL EPISODE30VII #DIGESTIVO IS MUCH, MUCH WEIRDER," Fuller said on his Twitter.

Taking hints from Fuller's tweet, the site speculated that the seventh installment could now be moving away from its "Italian storyline" and will delve more towards Hannibal's incarceration.

Several names were also teased to join the upcoming chapter of the show. One of which is "Doctor Who" actor David Tennant. Earlier reports pointed out that the 43-year-old Scottish actor had met with Bryan Fuller to discuss his "special appearance."

As also reported, "Hannibal" Season 3 is said to explore more deeper the aspects of Thomas Harris' novels "Silence of the Lambs" and "Red Dragon."
