'Hannibal' Season 3 Release Date, Spoilers: Series Developer Talks About Ongoing Production
News surrounding one of the most highly rated drama series on TV "Hannibal" said that production for next season has already started and that the crew are already working on a fourth episode.
A report from Enstarz said that the psychological thriller has in fact started filming in October. The series developer Bryan Fuller even went to his social media to tweet the following lines:
"We are filming away! Start episode 4 next week! Hope you have a wonderful day!" Fuller's tweet read, addressing another Twitter user who asked about the development of the program's 3rd season.

Rumors suggested that Gillian Anderson's character, Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier, has been promoted to be a series regular.
A report from Yahoo! TV summarizes the important role Dr. Maurier has to play in the upcoming chapter of "Hannibal."
"Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) and Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier are couples wandering around Europe, this is one major Hannibal Season 3 update given to Fannibals over the past months. Hannibal, felt he was betrayed by Will Graham (Hugh Dancy)," the synopsis reads.
"So cannibal doctor tried to kill his 'fake' friend, as well as Agent Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne) and his girlfriend Alana Bloom (Caroline Dhavernas). But he still has Bedelia (Gillian Anderson) the one and only woman who understands him. She even accompanies her in his escape to Europe," the summary continued.
As for the release date, TV Line said that "Hannibal" Season 3 will kick off its premiere in "late spring of next year" on NBC.
