'Hawaii Five-0' Season 6 Episode 9 Spoilers: Danny Becomes A College Professor

The hit police-procedural drama TV series from CBS, "Hawaii Five-O" Season 6, is returning this week with yet another exciting episode that will see Hawaii's finest taking on the role of an educator in order to crack the case involving the death of a real educator.

Titled "Hana Keaka (Charade)," the synopsis from The Futon Critic briefly tells that the team will get wind of a report concerning the death of a college professor.

Apparently, the unit doesn't have an idea as to who would want the teacher dead. There are the usual suspects that one could think of like students who might not be happy with the teacher's teaching style. Or perhaps the victim had some beef with people from the outside. Regardless of which, the team needs to come up with a plan.

The summary said that the task force would call on Danny (Scott Caan) to go undercover and assume the role of an instructor. He will particularly be substituting for the late professor's class.

The promo video provided for the segment (via Spoilers Guide) reveals McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) suggesting Danny's involvement.

"Danny, you make the most sense," the lieutenant commander said.

But it won't only be Danny who will be having all the fun. The video also hinted that his nephew, Eric (Andrew Lawrence), will also be joining the operation while posing as another college student. Apparently, doing the undercover job, let alone dealing with what a real teacher does, can be too much for the cop to handle.

Fans could use a break from all the intense and heavy action-filled plotlines in the current season and that's what they'll get with this seemingly light-hearted episode. Perhaps the show is preparing its viewers for some major developments in the future episodes. But for the meantime, the ninth episode of "Hawaii Five-O" Season 6 premieres this Friday, Nov. 20, at 9 p.m. on CBS.
