Klum, 28, and Seal, 48, dated for a year before marrying on May 10, 2005. They have three biological children together. Seal also adopted Klum’s daughter from a previous relationship. They were famous for renewing their marriage vows romantically every year they had been married, and to most observers seemed like a strong and stable couple.

Before the news of the break-up surfaced, Seal had written on Twitter, “The End”, which some have hinted was a sign from the soul singer that his marriage was coming to an end.

The pair were last pictured happily together in a picture tweeted by Klum just after Christmas in Aspen, Colorado. However, their relationship has seemingly gone through a troubled time over the Christmas period and if rumors are true they are set to file divorce in the coming week.

Forbes magazine has reported that Klum made $20 million last year.
