'Hell's Kitchen' Season 15 Episode 5 Spoilers, News: Jared Bobkin Talks About His Experience on the Show

Jared Bobkin recently talked about his experiences while on the show, and he said that he knows he's better than the rest of his competition.

During his interview with C & G News, Bobkin said that he was able to size up the rest of the cooks by looking if they are "run-of-the-mill" or if they use unconventional ingredients. "I am a creative guy and this is my passion," the line cook said. "I see myself as better than a majority of the competition," he added. This seems to be true since Jared has proven himself as a strong chef and competitor in the past episodes of the show, where the men dominated over the women.

Bobkin is also described as someone who has great leadership skills, which makes it hard for him and his friend, Hassan Musselmani, who is also competing with him on the show. "We have a good working relationship together and have been friends for quite some time, but the first time we met we couldn't stand each other," the Oak Park, Michigan-native said. "We both are the strong leader type and we clashed, but that is the type of personality 'Hell's Kitchen' looks for," Bobkin added.

"Hell's Kitchen" is a reality cooking competition, which is hosted and judged by well-known celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The show started this year with 18 chefs, and the contestants will undergo a series of challenges. The winners of the challenges are often rewarded by Chef Ramsay, which ranges from dining out in luxurious restaurants in Los Angeles to giving the chefs money to go shopping in LA's top boutiques. The ultimate winner of this season will become the head chef of Ramsay's restaurant, BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas, as well as get $250,000 cash.

Meanwhile, The Futon Critic posted a synopsis of the next episode, and it reads, "After the red team gains a member from the blue team, Chef Ramsay introduces the contestants to a celebratory challenge as he tasks them to work in pairs to create three main dishes each with a different holiday theme: 4th of July, Cinco de Mayo and Mardi Gras. The team that completes the most dishes successfully wins. With the help of special guest Linda Fears, editor-in-chief of Family Circle magazine, Chef Ramsay will choose who will win and be flown to Santa Inez Valley to blend their own wine and who will face a not-so-sweet dinner service preparation. Later during the dinner service, tempers flare during family night in Hell's Kitchen, causing not one, but both teams to be kicked out of the kitchen."

Watch "Hell's Kitchen" season 15 every Wednesday on Fox.
