Holly Madison Pink Dog House Dispute: Star Sells Home After $100 Fine

Rumor has is that a pregnant Holly Madison is evacuating her Las Vegas home after a rough dispute over what's appropriate in Vegas.

Vegas may be known as "Sin City," but it looks like residents who live there go by a stricter set of rules than their mischievous visitors. It turns out that the Home Owner's Association that oversees the home Madison shares with beau Pasquale Rotella disapproves of the girl next door and her new, pink pooch house.

Holly has insisted that the house was built according to regulation, but sources say that she's being fined a $100 a month because the dog house is not an exact replica of her own home.

"I built this ridiculous, human-sized doghouse behind my house, and when I went over it with my contractor, he consulted the HOA on all their restrictions and whatnot," she said during an interview with The Las Vegas Sun. "He told me it has to match the architecture of the house, so I did that with the roof because people would see the roof. It's possible you could see the roof from the street, but you can't see any of it from the street, actually."

In response, Madison says that she refuses to pay any fees, but they keep rolling in once per month.

"It's a hundred dollars a month, or something like that," she told the Sun. "I haven't been paying it. I just keep sending them nasty letters."

But apparently Madison's angry letters have not been enough have the situation resolved. Instead, she Pasquale, their three dogs, and the pink dog house will be moving out.

"The HOA (homeowners association) here is so bad, I don't even want to deal with them," she said, adding that her new plan is to move into an older neighborhood in Las Vegas called Rancho Circle.
