'Homeland' Season 4 News: 'From A to B and Back Again' Spoilers, Cast Requires Armed Guards in South Africa
Before anything else, things are picking up for the hit political thriller TV series "Homeland" Season 4 as it forwards for its next episode entitled, "From A to B and Back Again," which is scheduled to air this coming Sunday, Nov. 2, at 9 p.m. at Showtime.
Just recently, the network released new promo trailers for the upcoming episode revealing Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) and her spy organization monitoring a mysterious activity.
In another video, Carrie appears to have been kidnapped, interrogated and beaten by some assailants. Who are these people? What do they want from the CIA Operative?

Meanwhile, news surrounding the show indicated that not only Danes' character is being put in danger but she, herself, is reported being kept out of harm's way while filming for the remaining of the episodes of season 4.
In a report by Radar Online, they said that Danes has to hire personal bodyguards to protect and watch over her while she and the rest of the "Homeland" crew are filming at a location in Cape Town, South Africa.
The said location stands in for the program's current setting, which is Islamabad, Pakistan.
An insider from the hit TV program was heard saying that other cast members, including Rupert Friend (who plays Peter Quinn), Raza Jaffrey (as Aasar Khan), as well as Mandy Patinkin (Saul Berenson), are also employing the help of armed personnel for the said reasons.
"The actors have to be protected against potential kidnapping and theft, especially when they film in known dangerous areas like Salt River," the informant said. "They could kidnap one of the cast and hold them for ransom, but they watch the cast like hawks. We know where they are every minute."
E! Online reports that nonetheless, Danes, as well as the rest of the cast members, were enjoying their time in South Africa.
"She's very pleasant, but she does her own thing," a source for the media outlet said. "She goes on a safari on weekends with her family and does yoga every day at a studio."
