A group of workers at a legal brothel in Nevada are campaigning for Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, calling themselves "Hookers for Hillary."

"I'm for Hillary because she's cracking down on domestic violence," explained 26-year-old Entice Love. "I've been in a relationship for a long time where I'd been thrown down stairs, black eyes, fractured ribs … When I'm looking at who I want to pick for the presidency, I look at what are they doing that I can relate to that will be of benefit for me. That's why I was for Obama, now I'm for Hillary."

The brothel workers are a group from Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch, The Guardian reported, and are supporting Clinton for her stance on women's health care and women's rights.

Another worker by the name of Hollywood added that Hookers for Hillary is "a great way to get, not only the Bunny Ranch's name out there, but to get more support for Hillary … Hopefully maybe people who were not really [political] followers before kind of looked into it and went, 'Wow, this is big! What's going on?'"

Other brothel employees also praised the Democratic candidate for pushing for women to have more affordable access to health care they need.

"Being a server, helping out my family, and my epilepsy medication, which I had to have, was $10 a pill," said 26-year-old Taylor Lee "That's a lot for a 20-year-old to pay. I have seizures in my sleep. If I don't take my medicine for one night, I will begin a seizure. And that's a lot of recovery time. I sleep for a day or two afterwards and feel bad."

The same brothel has in the past also pushed for libertarian Ron Paul in 2008 and 2012 under the "Pimpin' for Paul" campaign.

Vox.com pointed out that although "Hookers for Hillary" can be seen as a "silly publicity stunt," it is focusing on issues such as health care.

"By taking a silly stunt seriously, it gives a platform to people not usually seen as political heavyweights: working-class women in their 20s and 30s who talk about how they struggled to pay for health care and feeding their kids," the article offered.

On their website, the brothel workers explain that there are four main reasons that they are supporting Clinton: for protecting health care reform, for Clinton's foreign policy experience, for supporting mandatory testing of legal prostitutes for sexually transmitted diseases in Nevada, and for hopes of improving the economy.

"The Bunnies recognize that thriving economies are built from the bottom up, where the vast majority of their clients originate," the website states.

"A return to relying on the disproven theory of trickle-down economics would only serve to exclude the vast majority of hard-working Bunny Ranch clients from having the discretionary income to enjoy with their favorite Bunny."
