'Housewives' Yolanda Foster Lists $27.5 Million 'Dream Home' Due to Battle With Lyme Disease (VIDEO)

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster recently listed her Malibu home due to health issues.

The reality TV star, 50, has battled Neuro Borrelia Lyme disease in recent years and in order to ease her recovery process, she and her Grammy award-winning husband David Foster have decided to sell their lavish mansion. The 11,622-square-foot home, often featured on the hit Bravo reality TV show, is listed for or $27.5 million, according to Trulia.

"This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," Foster told Us magazine.

"My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar," she added.

The luxury home was built in 2009 and it boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms in addition to stunning views of the Pacific ocean. It also includes Foster's famous floor-to-ceiling fridge which now has its own Twitter fan page after being featured on the "Housewives."

Also included is a spacious office, library, two spa bathrooms and billiards room with a bar. An impressive recording studio was also built into the home and was likely used by David, 64, who has produced music for various artists including Madonna and the late Michael Jackson.

Foster, who has been married to the famed music producer for two years, underwent surgery relating to her tick-borne illness last year and she has openly struggled with her health on the show. Lyme disease can result in symptoms such as depression, skin rash and lapses in brain function, which the reality TV star has suffered from.

The mother of three once gave Bravo TV viewers a tour of her home and shared her favorite part of the multi-million dollar property.

"Obviously, this is the most important thing in our home," Foster said of David's grand piano.

She then went on to reveal that her "absolute favorite room of the house" is the open kitchen.

"This is where I think family life happens," she said upon entering the oversized kitchen. "It's the heart of the house, this is where it beats."
