The HTC One and Droid DNA will receive the Android 4.3, JellyBean update before the end of Sept.

HTC's president of global sales Jason Mackenzie posted up a short message on Twitter confirming that the company is working hard to have the update available for those devices at that time.

"Lot's of questions re 4.3 release for One," tweeted Mackenzie. "We r wrking hard (needs cert) to release 4.3 across all U.S., Canada skus by end Sept. DNA as well."

The HTC One X Android 4.2.2, JellyBean update with Sense 5 has begun rolling out in Europe.

AT&T owners will have to wait a bit longer for the update here in the U.S. The new software started arriving on the shores of northern and eastern parts of Europe first, and should begin rolling out to the rest of the continent over the coming hours and days.

The update is just under 380MB in size and brings a few features to the device including a Blinkfeed home screen, Zeo HD video highlights, and the updated Camera option. The European version of the HTC One X+ is also expected to receive the update soon.

The update is only available in Taiwan at this time, but will be rolling out in other countries very soon. Android 4.2.2 brings some new features to the device including Daydream, new lock screen widgets, BlinkFeed, an updated music app, an enhanced camera app, and Quick Settings Toggle.

The upgrade is also expected to improve overall battery life and the device will now show the exact battery percentage left in the status bar. It is about 484MB and a wider roll out is expected to happen in the next 30 days.
