HTC One M9+ Release Date Hits EU In July, Dutch Retailers Selling It For €760
HTC has been doing everything it can in order to regain the Android fans and consumers it lost to competitors in recent years. However, its recent development and marketing decisions have been proven to be somewhat off-mark.
When it announced the HTC One M9, everyone expected something that could rival Samsung's Galaxy S6, just what the Taiwanese manufacturer has done with its earlier flagships. Unfortunately, HTC launched a sub-par flagship whose specs are similar to that of the previous generation.
And so, after only a few months, the Android phone maker announced a new and improved version right away - the HTC One M9+. And according to a recent report by GSM Arena, the device should be available in Europe in mid-July.

In the report, several Dutch retailers have listed the HTC One M9+ in their online product catalogues and listed July 14 as the official release for the smartphone's grey version.
In addition, the retailers have reportedly listed the One M9+ with a price tag of €760 for the SIM-free and unlocked version of the device.
For people who need a refresher, the HTC One M9+ boasts a 5.2-inch display with QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution, 3GB of RAM, an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.2GHz, and a MediaTek MT6795T chipset, and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
Other specs include a 20MP primary camera, a 4MP UltraPixel front shooter, 32GB of built-in memory, and a 2,840mAh battery.
Once the One M9+ becomes available in the Netherlands, the device will more likely hit other EU markets as well.
