Insomnia Caused by Obesity?

Being overweight (obesity)
Physical inactivity
Alcohol dependence
Psychiatric disorders
Joint or lower back pain
The researchers concluded that obesity, joint/low back pain and physical inactivity were all strong contributors to chronic insomnia.
