On the heels of the release of his sophomore project Open, Vertical Music worship leader Jason Morant will be hitting the youth camp grounds rather than the stage for his first month of promotion, with the artist scheduled to serve as worship leader at several Wild Week summer camp events throughout the month of June.

“Camps are very different than normal concert dates in that we end up spending much more time with the kids and are then able to invest more into their lives than just a single night will allow,” said Morant, who will be leading worship at Wild Week for the fifth straight year. “Because the overall atmosphere is much more intimate and laid back, I think the kids are much more receptive of what’s going on during the evening services.”

“Jason's participation in the Wild Week Camps is a reflection of this songwriter's heart,” said Integrity Label Group President Don Moen. “Instead of pushing for a full-scale promotional effort as soon as a new album is released, Jason will be out there making his music matter to kids across the country.
