Jenelle Evans is currently serving 48 hours for failing a spontaneous drug test ordered by a judge. Evans was in court on charges of possession and was scheduled to have all the charges dropped when the judge ordered the test.

"Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed," attorney Dustin Sullivan told Radar Online. "The judge gave her 48 hours in jail testing positive."

Even with the positive test, Evans was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation. She will not face any further jail time for the possession charges and has served the time for the failed drug test. Her court troubles should be over for now, until she goes to court with her soon-to-be ex-husband Courtland Rogers.

Rogers and Evans are still legally married but plan to divorce just as soon as they are allowed to by the state of North Carolina. They were both arrested in April for possession of heroin and assault. Rogers has remained in prison while Evans was able to post bond and be released.

Evans is currently filming the upcoming season of "Teen Mom 2," which is scheduled to air next year. It's unknown whether all of this drama will be included in the season. She has reportedly moved on with a new man in her life and has posted several photos of herself and Nathan Griffith, along with son Jace, who has met Griffith.

The couple is trying to find a new home to move to that will hopefully have room for Jace. Evans has repeatedly said that she wants custody of her son back, but her actions have significantly hindered her ability to make a solid case for his return. Jace is currently being raised by Jenelle's mother, Barbara, who has had custody of the boy since he was an infant.
