The couple have been spotted vacationing in Mexico over the Christmas holidays this week, and the 43-year-old actress was photographed wearing a pink swimsuit paired with a white and pink sarong in Cabo San Lucas on Christmas Eve.
Aniston, a fitness fanatic, has spoken up about staying in shape with diet and exercise recently.
"I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week," revealed the "Friends" star while speaking to InStyle.
"I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of the three," the actress continued. "Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up."
Theroux and Aniston were introduced on the set of 2007's "Tropic Thunder," and reconnected years later while filming the movie "Wanderlust." The pair became engaged on Theroux's 41st birthday in Aug. 10.
Aniston opened up about her first encounter with Theroux in an interview with Pop Sugar earlier this year, saying her future fiancé was "very sweet and always very nice," but that there was something else about him.
"But I remember thinking he was very dark," explained Aniston. "At first you think he could be like a serial killer, but he is actually the nicest person in the world."
Furthermore, Aniston has revealed that she considers her fiancé as her "protector."
"He's a protector for sure," said the actress speaking to Marie Claire Australia. "He's just a good human being, and so funny."
The couple has not yet announced a wedding date.
According to a source close to the pair, Aniston, who divorced Brad Pitt in 2005, is happy that her first marriage did not work out because it led her to Theroux.
"She is so in love with Justin, that she is really grateful how things turned out," said the source speaking to the Daily Mail. "In a strange way, if it weren't for [Pitt's fiancée] Angelina [Jolie], Jennifer would not have connected with Justin in a romantic way."
