Dressed in a loose-fitting white T-shirt and black leggings, Biel, 30, appeared to be in good spirits as she showed off the large sparkler, which appears to be even more lavish than her custom-made engagement ring.
"It was a fantasy," Biel told people.com about her recent wedding to Timberlake, 31.
The couple wed in a private ceremony before family and friends in southern Italy on Oct. 19, almost one year after Timberlake popped the question.
"It was magical ... an unforgettable evening," Timberlake gushed.
The happy couple exchanged "I Do's" shortly after it was speculated that they had hosted a pre-wedding bash on Thursday. Wedding guests reportedly included renowned music producer Timbaland, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Biel's "7th Heaven" co-star Beverley Mitchell.
"It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the couple told People in a statement.
Reports claim that the on-and-off couple rekindled their romance after breaking up in 2011 because Timberlake finally agreed to discuss marriage.
"This was the basis for getting back together. When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step," a separate source told Us magazine.
Timberlake, one of the founding members of renowned boy band *NSYNC, received marital advice from his former bandmate, Joey Fatone, who was also reportedly among those who witnessed the couple's nuptials.
"My wife wasn't in the limelight, which made it easier. The key is to keep it happy, light, and fun. There can be a lot of drama, like when you have kids. And both of them have jobs where they are taken to different places. It's the communication that really needs to drive that relationship," Fatone previously told Parade magazine.
