Jessica Chastain and Tom Hiddleston are now dating, says one source, despite the actress' previous statement swearing off fellow actors for romance.

Chastain recently confessed that she had several rules when it came to dating. Rule number one? No actors, the "Zero Dark Thirty" actress revealed. Chastain said that she valued her privacy and felt that she would get none if she dated someone who was famous.

"I have a rule," she told Britain's InStyle. "No actors. I have dated an actor before, at Juilliard (acting school), but since then, I've only been on a couple of dates with one and I was so freaked out someone was going to take a picture of us, because they were famous."

Chastain was probably right, too because rumor has it that she is now dating "War Horse" actor Tom Hiddleston and pictures are everywhere. There was a slight flaw in Chastain's plan anyway, considering that she has also become quite famous herself. A source recently told Daily Mail that Chastain and Hiddleston were heating things up.

"Tom is taken with Jess and it's serious," a source told the U.K. tabloid. "Before Christmas she visited Britain to stay with him and meet all his family for the first time."

Both Chastain's and Hiddleton's career are on the up and up. Both stars appeared in two Oscar nominated films last year. Chastain has also been nominated for an Oscar this year for her role in "Zero Dark Thirty."

But Chastain's reasons for not wanting to date an actor still stand.

"In this business it's very tough to maintain a relationship because we're like gypsies - always on the move," she told Daily Mail previously. "And the more you share your relationship with the world the less special it becomes. So I always try to keep my dating life quiet."
