Jodi Arias Tweeting From Jail; Attorneys Not Pleased (VIDEO)

Is Jodi Arias operating a Twitter account while she's behind bars? Officials have stated that she is working with a friend to post her thoughts about the trial and information about her artwork; while it is technically impossible for Arias to do so, prison officials have said there is nothing they can do to control the site.

"She'll call and say, 'I have a quote.' We'll talk about it. Sometimes she says, 'Let's tweet.' And then she'll say, 'No, let's not do it,'" friend Donavan Bering told Fox 10 News. She has been operating the account (@Jodiannarias) while Arias is behind bars and posts the tweets that she wants her to.

"Hmm… Anger Management problems anyone? He who tries to establish his point by much yelling shows that his reasoning is weak," Arias tweeted via Bering about prosecutor Juan Martinez.

Of course, Arias is not supposed to be tweeting, which is why she has convinced Bering to do the work for her. Yet the account is set up with her name and already has over 1,500 followers.

"We do talk about the fact that Jodi seems to be able to reach out into the community in various ways and profit from her notoriety. We don't like it, but there's nothing we can do about it," Lisa Allen, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman, told Fox.

Arias has also taken shots at HLN contributor Nancy Grace, who has been very vocal about the case and Arias' behavior.

"HLN is an acronym for Haters Love Negativity. Actually, Nancy that finger was for you. Have a nice day," she said after making an obscene gesture in court.

Bering is often in court with Arias' mother and it's clear that she is close with the family.

"I think it's a way of her getting out her frustration, because she doesn't have a chance to say much," Donavan told Fox.

According to the news site, her lawyers do know about the account and are not happy with Arias' actions.
