'Jurassic World' Gets 2015 Release Date, Film to Be Very Different From Predecessors
Fans got a sneak peek at what "Jurassic World" will be like at Comic-Con in San Diego. A poster for the film was revealed that hints at the events that are set to take place in the sequel.
"Jurassic World" is said to take place 22 years after the first "Jurassic Park." Unlike the previous films wherein the people are running away from the dinosaurs, the new movie will reportedly see people actively seeking out the creatures and interacting with them in a controlled setting, according to TechTime.
It is said that the franchise will take place in a park outfitted with rides, feeding demonstrations, and underwater creatures. A promotional brochure for the film was also shown at Comic-Con which advertises a number of attractions such as an herbivore petting area and the chance to see a T-Rex feed.

Recently, director Colin Trevorrow confirmed that the film's story involves an up and running biological preserve for dinosaurs in the present day.
"What if, despite previous disasters, they built a biological preserve where you could see dinosaurs walk the earth … and what if people are already kind of over it?" said Trevorrow to Screenrant. "We imagined a teenager texting his girlfriend with his back to a T-Rex behind protective glass. For us, that image captured the way much of the audience feels about the movies themselves."
In an interview with Screen Crush, cast member Vincent D'Onofrio talked about the next "Jurassic Park" installment, wherein he confirmed that the new film will be "so different than the first few."
"Some of the scenes in that, just the scenes that I shot—I'm not in nearly as much as Chris [Pratt] is or Bryce [Dallas Howard], they're the leads in the movie—but just if I'm gonna talk about the stuff I did, the scenes are so cool," he explained.
"Jurassic World" will premiere on June 12, 2015.
