'Jurassic World' News: Website Reveals Hints About Film, Trailer to Premiere Next Week

Universal certainly has a strategy when it comes to rolling out promotion for "Jurassic World." So far, the studio has released plot details, casting, posters, images from the set, concept art and videos, and now, a new viral site has been created to tease more details about the upcoming film.

The site is presented as the official website of industry-spanning conglomerate Masrani Global, and it features new promo images for the film, including pictures of company head Simon Masrani (Irrfan Khan) and Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong).

The website also gives information on the "safest theme park in the world," Jurassic World.

The profile of Jurassic World reads, "Step into the prehistoric era and come face to face with some of the greatest animals to ever walk the Earth, the Dinosaurs! Soak in the atmosphere and visit an ecosystem like nothing experienced before. With technologically advanced ride systems, five star restaurants, and a high class golf course, it is full of excitement, spectacle, and will leave an everlasting impression on everyone who visits."

As detailed on the fictional company's page, Masrani acquired InGen Technologies in 1997 after the death of John Hammond. Hammond is the businessman who came up with the idea for a dinosaur amusement park.

Aside from the Masrani website, the official "Jurassic World" website has begun a countdown before the movie's release. As of today, the film is at 204 days before release, and its status is in post-production. According to Jurassicworld.org, the first official trailer will be released next week—on Nov. 27, to be exact.

Along with Khan and Wong, "Jurassic World" stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Judy Greer, Nick Robinson, and Ty Simpkins. The film is slated to premiere on June 12, 2015.
