Yeater recently hired attorney Jeffrey Leving, a former White House adviser on paternity suits, to handle her case.

Yeater said the child was conceived when her and Bieber allegedly had sex backstage after his concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in October 2010.

She is demanding a paternity test as well as child support from the now 17-year-old pop star. Bieber was 16 at the time of the alleged conception; thus, statutory issues will need to be sorted during a court hearing Dec. 15

Yeater's son, Tristyn, was born July 6.

Bieber and his legal team have denied the allegations. .

“The allegations are 100% not true. I’m a target. That’s something that comes with the territory,” said the pop star.

However, Bieber's lawyers said he would take a paternity test when he returns from a European trip.

An ex-boyfriend of Yeater recently announced she also accused him of being the father of her child.

John Terranova, who dated Yeater for nearly four years, told the New York Post: "She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said this is impossible, you've been in California two months and back here for only a week."

"I know it's not Justin Bieber," Terranova added. "She just wants money. It's a scam."

Yeater, meanwhile, stands by her claim that Bieber is the father.

“I’m not going to be shaken off course by his hostile words. He needs to accept responsibility for his child," she said.
