Friday has arrived with Justin Bieber's 19th birthday, and the pop star as well as his fans across the world are celebrating.

The newly 19-year-old is currently in London where he gave a concert at Birmingham's National Indoor Arena last night. Following the performance, Bieber was photographed shirtless while returning to his hotel after ringing in his birthday at the members-only British Luxury Club, according to New York Daily News. 

As for his actual birthday celebration tonight, Bieber has special plans in store for he and his friends at London's Cirque du Soir on Ganton Street.

"Justin wants to celebrate in style and he loves clubbing in London," revealed a source speaking to the U.K.'s The Mirror. "Its no accident that there's a break in his U.K. tour which coincides with his birthday."

After careful planning, Bieber selected the circus-themed club that features performers, an Alice in Wonderland staircase and a fully equipped DJ booth.

"He's been looking for the perfect venue and finally settled on Cirque du Soir as he loves the kitsch theme," said the insider at The Mirror. "The venue is all ready for him, with clowns, goblins, aerial acts and some fire-eaters."

While the star celebrates 19, his fans are offering Bieber their best wishes for his birthday on social media sites.

"So today is Justin Bieber's birthday I'm listening to nothing but Bieber today Happy birthday," wrote Jeff.

Also among the well-wishers was comedian Ellen DeGeneres, who jokingly posted to Twitter: "Happy birthday, @JustinBieber! The screaming fans, the Twitter following, the perfect hair – I'm sorry, I'm thinking of me."

Bieber has accomplished an impressive amount of success by the age of 19; the "Boyfriend" singer is one of the highest paid celebrities under the age of 30 and he has seen five no. 1 albums on the Billboard charts. Furthermore, Bieber has seen sold-out performances at Madison Square Garden and the teen is already a homeowner.

Known in the media as "the Biebs," the Canadian singer got his start by posting YouTube videos that caught the eye of Usher and talent manager Scooter Braun, who is Bieber's manager today.

Meanwhile, Bieber recently split from longtime girlfriend and actress Selena Gomez. However, the singer has been spotted several times with British singer Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke, who was present at the London club with him on Thursday, and the pair has sparked rumors of a new romance.
