Following his split from on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez, the "Girlfriend" singer has been seen in the company of several models, but lately, he has been seen spending a lot of his time with model Hailey Baldwin.
Justin and Hailey went to Turks and Caicos to celebrate the New Year, and Bieber took to Instagram on Dec. 31 of him sporting his newly bleached blonde hair with his tongue out, and sitting next to him is Hailey, who is gazing at the camera. The photo was captioned, "#happynewyear." On the same day, Hailey posted a picture of her and Justin with their faces close together as they celebrate the New Year. She captioned the Instagram snap, "spending New Years w/ this guy."

Just two days earlier, the pair was spotted in New York City where Justin was skateboarding and attempting to do tricks for his fans and the paparazzi. They were also photographed leaving a restaurant together after reportedly sharing a steak dinner.
Many are speculating that Justin may be taunting Selena with pictures of him and Hailey as Selena is currently in Dubai on vacation with her friends such as Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Shay Mitchell.
Hollywood Life reports that Selena is having the time of her life in Dubai and has been spending time with Harith Bukhash.
"Selena is having the time of her life in Dubai," said a source to Hollywood Life. "She's been spending time with Harith Bukhash, who has been spoiling her and treating her like an absolute princess."
"Harith treated Selena and a group of friends to dinner at Zuma, a popular Japanese restaurant in Dubai the other night [Dec. 28]. Selena is loving all the attention and is so grateful that her friends convinced her to go to Dubai," added the source.
