Justin Bieber Fathers Baby? Woman Claims Teen Pop Idol Got Her Pregnant
Teen pop star Justin Bieber impregnated a young woman during a concert in Los Angeles late last year, according to a paternity suit filed Monday.
Mariah Yeater, 20, filed court papers on Oct. 31 making the claim that Bieber is the father of her three-month-old child. Yeater’s suit has the potential to expand to a statutory rape case, as the mega tween idol was 16 at the time.
In her complaint, Yeater wrote: 'Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love and this was going to be his first time."

The fan claims Bieber, a self-professed Christian, lost his virginity the night she was allegedly stopped by a security guard who escorted her backstage after asking if she wanted to meet the pop star at the Staples Center on the night of Oct. 25, 2010, where Beiber had just preformed a sold out show.
Bieber’s rep adamantly denies the charges. In a statement for RadarOnline, he said, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
California’s age of consent is 18. A hearing on the matter is schedule for December 15.
