Kandi Burruss and her new husband Todd Tucker are ready for babies.

Burruss, 37, has been documenting her relationship with Todd Tucker on the Bravo series "Real Housewives of Atlanta" where she met the television producer. While the wedding was initially met with opposition from her mother who is known as Mama Joyce on the show, Burruss walked down the aisle.

"We're trying now for a baby," Burruss told In Touch. "We haven't succeeded yet. If it happens today, then we're good."

While the pair each have one daughter from previous relationships, Burruss dreams of having a big family. The singer-songwriter's daughter Riley is 11, while Tucker has a daughter Kaela who is 17.

"We're really looking forward to having kids together," she told the publication. "I can't wait to [have] one big family!"

Tucker previously spoke about the pair's children while on "The View" where he discussed Burruss' mother's issues with him. Tucker revealed just how much Burruss' mother, Mama Joyce's, comments were impacting his present and future family.

"It affects my daughter," Tucker previously said on the talk show. "It affects Kandi's daughter. The other day Kandi's daughter told Kandi 'I don't like that he said he would leave you.'"

While the trio seems to have come to an understanding, Burruss thanked supporters for their prayers and insists she is "blessed & highly favored." However, she admitted that it would not be easy traveling between Atlanta and L.A. where her husband's job will take him for the next five months.

Still, she made sure to support her husband on Instagram by saying, "Send him some love & congrats on his show being picked up as well!"

The entertainer made sure to let the world know how magical her wedding day was when news broke of her exchanging vows.

"This is one of the best days of my life! I never imagined that I would marry my best friend. Todd's been that to me," Burruss told In Touch Weekly. "And to have just had the wedding of my dreams, it's all been so beautiful. Now it's time to party!"
