Kate Middleton News: Duchess Shares Secret to Losing Weight After Having Two Kids

Losing weight is a struggle for many but for the Duchess of Cambridge, there's nothing too difficult as she recently shared the secret to losing the extra pounds after having two children.

According to E! News, Kate Middleton was asked a personal question during Monday's event that honored Queen Elizabeth II's 90th birthday. Professor Bulbul Dhar-James told reporters how the Duchess graciously answered even the rather personal questions thrown at her.

"We said, 'How do you lose all the weight after having to kids?' And she said, 'I am running after my kids!'" Bulbul recalled. Middleton now shares two children with Prince William and a lot of fans have noticed that she had lost a lot of weight immediately after giving birth. It turns out that the princess is busy running around the house and chasing after her kids, which could probably be the reason why she has shed off the unwanted fat in a matter of months.

The questions didn't stop at weight loss as Middleton was also asked how she remains happy and smiling during the events. She reportedly responded, "I'm just reciprocating. Everyone is so warm."

The event centered on the life and accomplishments of the Queen, who recently turned 90. Middleton reportedly appeared to enjoy the festivities despite the unexpected questions.

Meanwhile, photos of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's India visit have started circulating online. In photos obtained by U.S.A Today, Middleton's fashion and grace were once again highlighted.

In one of the photos, the Princess looks serious and seems to be meditating just after she placed a wreath at the India Gate Memorial on the second day of the couple's visit to India. Another image shows the royal couple smiling before cameras as they stood before the memorial gate that pays tribute to Indian soldiers who served in the first World War.

Aside from visiting some special sites, Prince William also munched on dosa, an Indian traditional pancake and the two showed respect to the country's traditions by removing their shows during their Gandhi museum visit.
