Kate Middleton Pregnancy News, Update: Increased Police Force Spotted Outside St. Mary's Hospital, Royal Couple Send Breakfast To Fans

Kate Middleton is reportedly 40 weeks pregnant and is five days overdue to deliver the brother or sister of Prince George. Aside from the royal family, the fans are also excited for the arrival of the new member.

A report from Mirror U.K. said that on Tuesday, a team of law enforcers and a sniffer dog were spotted getting stationed outside St. Mary's Hospital to monitor the growing number of media personnel and royal watchers camping outside the establishment.

The increasing police presence of the area led many people to believe that Kate might already be on her way.

The said London hospital is where the Duchess of Cambridge is expected to appear along with Prince William to show to the world the new baby.

The media outlet however noted that this could simply be a "dry run" – same as what happened before the young Prince George was born back in 2013.

To show their love for the fans, the royal couple meanwhile have their personal household staff deliver breakfast consisting of coffee, croissants, pastries, apple turnover and fruit buns which are intriguingly laced with pink ribbons.

A report from Daily Mail said that the "breakfast surprise" indeed come from Kate and William themselves.

"The Duke and Duchess have seen the news reports about these people camping out and they just wanted to let them know they were thinking of them," a Palace spokesman was quoted as saying by the publication.

The gesture from the royal couple caught the "superfans" camping outside the establishment utterly surprised.

"It's the first time something like this has ever happened and I've been coming here 25 years to see the new royal babies being born," said one royal watcher.

According to reports, Kate and William still haven't found out yet if they're having a boy or a girl although royal bookies are betting heavily on a female offspring which they speculated will be named Alice.
