Kate Middleton Pregnant Rumors Latest: Royal Trip to Malta Suggests No Baby On the Way

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, will embark on a foreign trip next month to represent the British Queen, with the trip indicating that the princess may not be pregnant after all, despite repeated rumors in the media and online.

According to Palace sources, the real-life fairy tale princess will be the guest of honor at Malta's Golden anniversary next month. The royal envoy will attend the two-day official event to mark the Mediterranean island's 50th year of independence from Britain.

In an official statement given by the Kensington Palace, it said:

"Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge will visit Malta on 20th and 21st September 2014 to represent Her Majesty The Queen on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Malta's independence."

The duchess will remain in residency at the San Anton Palace throughout the weekend following her official business, which includes meeting with the Malta's head of state, a visit with the Prime Minister, as well as attending the Independence Day Celebration itself.

The reports strongly suggest that rumors surrounding the Princess' pregnancy are not true.

It was previously observed during Kate's first trimester stage of pregnancy with little Prince George, she suffered severe morning sickness. The said condition ultimately prevented her from making any travel during that time.

With the Duchess' commitment to the official visit stated above, it can be deduced that the 32-year-old is currently not pregnant, which would hinder her from making any travel.

It would seem that until the Palace itself makes an official proclamation that Middleton is pregnant, then any rumors regarding pregnancy remain pure speculation.
