Earlier this year, Rowland revealed her plans for having children in the future.

"I don't know. Too busy with the career," Rowland revealed to E!. "I do want kids, I do want to be married. But, I want one kid."

She previously opened up about why this was not the best time for her to do so just yet.

"Because right now, I'm a bit selfish, a lot-I was gonna say a little-but I'm still selfish," Rowland previously told E!. "I like my time, I like to wake up whenever I want to and I like to come and go as I please. I don't know if I'm ready to share that time with another person, I don't wanna mess them up."

Rowland previously spoke to talk show host Wendy Williams about her love life. The singer revealed that she feels she is missing out on holy matrimony.

"I am dating. I [love him]. I do want to get married," Rowland said on "The Wendy Williams Show" recently. "I feel like I'm missing out. I really, really do. I'm missing out on love and marriage."

The singer was once engaged to former NFL player Roy Williams. However when the talk show host attempted to inquire about her old flame, Rowland was less than willing to speak about him.

"Been there, done that. Ex talk is ex talk, don't want to go there. It's not worth talking about," Rowland told the talk show host. "Sorry."
