Kelsey Grammer Wins Custody Battle With a Twist

Kelsey Grammer won his family court custody case against Camille Grammer Sept. 30, and met for the first time since being separated, TMZ has reported.

According to TMZ the pair had a disagreement regarding their children because Kelsey wanted to take their two children to L.A. for six days starting Monday.

Sources told TMZ that Camille did not want Kelsey to take the kids because he wouldn't take them to their scheduled activities such as therapy, sports, and dance.

The lawyer of the case awarded Kelsey the kids under the condition he take the children to all scheduled activities.

The story gets interesting as Kelsey never attends any events Camille is at. Meanwhile, Camille says she doesn't plan on missing any of the children's events. Kelsey is under court order to take the kids regardless of her involvement or not – this may lead to public problems between the two.

When asked by a TMZ reporter if "Everything's going to be civil?" Camille responded and said, "l hope so."

Then she was asked, "How was it seeing him face to face today?" to which she said "It's fine."

Camille was away filming "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" when she learned of Kelsey's desire to get a divorce. Camille explained in an interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show back in January: "He finally called me and said, 'I don't want to be married anymore.'"

Kelsey and Camille's kids are 8-year-old Mason and 5-year-old Jude.

"I just think it's really important for us to speak if we're going to raise children," she said to DeGeneres. "We need to co-parent, so right now, my focus is that hopefully we become friends and we move on from this and we can be good parents to our two young children."
