Kendra Wilkinson and Kate Gosselin can now say they've walked a mile in the other's shoes after participating on "Celebrity Wife Swap." The two exchanged families and lifestyles for two weeks and have now spoken about their experiences during that time.

Wilkinson is the mother of one child, Hank Jr., and is married to NFL star Hank Baskett, while Gosselin is the single mother of eight children. The two exchanged residences and lifestyles for two weeks: the first week, Wilkinson and Gosselin had to play by the traditional "Family Rules," but in the second week, they were allowed to apply their own rules and traditions.

"Finding out that I was switching with her with eight kids – I wanted to run! I wasn't necessarily thinking about the domestic side of things – and trust me, I needed a lot of help with that," Wilkinson told Us Weekly.

"It was my surprise to find that you have ONE child," Gosselin told Wilkinson at the meeting after the two weeks were over. "You let everybody else do everything because you don't care. Between Hank Sr. and Rosa [Wilkinson's nanny], they do everything, so essentially it enables you to do nothing."

"We're complete polar opposites," Wilkinson told Us Weekly. "She believes that pretty much one minute away from your kids is something you'll regret. I believe the opposite, that you sometimes have to spend time away from your kids to be happy."

"I have a nanny and stuff like that and she doesn't really have a lot of help. She said, 'Don't let anyone take your moments from you!' and she was 100 percent right. But I still believe in having a social life! I do!" Wilkinson exclaimed.
