The Bravo TV star took to the stage before a large audience while dressed in an aqua blue colored jumpsuit and stiletto heels. Moore began striking a pose with Nicki Minaj's "Pound The Alarm" blaring in the background and eventually she made her way down the runway.

For some in the audience Moore appeared to have the catwalk demonstration in the bag even before she began due to her pageantry background, however, things played out differently.

The reality star had a great start as she effortlessly pounded the runway by carefully placing one foot in front of the other however she then lost her footing and took a tumble. Moore fell to her knees, which left some audience members horrified.

"Oh no!" one horrified onlooker is heard yelling in video footage obtained by TMZ.com.

A quick thinking Moore immediately rolled onto her back and began whipping her hair as part of a smooth recovery, which delighted onlookers.

She then sprung onto her feet and showcased some dance moves before strutting back up the runway while wrapping up the ta-da moment.

"LOL yes I fell it was not choreographed! But I channelled my inner @Beyonce and flipped my hair and kept it moving LOL and won that round," Moore tweeted to her 311,000 Twitter followers on Monday.

"I never knew how much falling can entertain people and make world headlines! LOL #twirlon," she wrote on Tuesday.
