Kenya Moore Thinks Apollo Nida Is Headed to Jail

Kenya Moore, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" television personality and former Miss USA, is speaking out about her fellow cast member attorney Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida, who she believes is headed to jail.

Nida recently made headlines for allegedly creating fake businesses, false bank accounts and using stolen checks while defrauding automotive lenders, according to Access Atlanta reports. Moore recently told talks show host Bethenny Frankel that she believes Nida will "absolutely" go to jail after his latest charges.

After Nida accused Moore of inappropriately propositioning him last year, she said she did not plan on reaching out to him during his tough time.

"I don't have anything to say to him after the lies that he's told on me, so I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him," she said on the Bethenny talk show.

Despite Moore's comments, Nida seems to be receiving some support from his other co-stars on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." Peter Thomas, model Cynthia Bailey's husband who is featured on the show to support his wife and her storyline on occasion, has built a friendship with Nida during his four seasons on the show.

However, he remained tight lipped about Nida's legal woes.

"I don't know nothing about it," Thomas told Sister 2 Sister magazine about Nida's legal woes. "I have absolutely no comment on his arrest."

Thomas said he believed Nida was a good person telling the publication "he's a really nice guy."

While he insisted that he had no special information about Nida's legal woes, Thomas said he hoped for the best.

"I just have to wait, like everyone else, to see how it plays out," Thomas told S2S magazine. "I hope that everything will play out in the best form."
