While items like Kardashian-Odom's sports bras and drawstring sweatpants are on sale in the online store, a number of visitors commented about their satisfaction with their orders from the store over the past year.

"Gorgeous product! Look amazing! Amazing packaging," one person wrote in the comment section on the store's website. "Highly Recommended!"

A number of other products received the response "great and quick transaction!"

The X Factor host and reality television star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is selling more than underwear, but also a number of clothing items from her wardrobes on the eBay store. Fans can bid on items in the store, with proceeds from sales going to Cathy's Kids, a foundation that Odom founded.

Odom founded Cathy's Kids in 2004 in an attempt to make a positive impact on underprivileged children. The foundation also focuses on cancer research, since the NBA player lost his mother to stomach cancer at a young age.

In the introduction to the couple's online store, Odom's focus on giving back to charity is highlighted in further detail.

"Lamar is focused on ensuring that funds are available for under-privileged youth that live in the inner cities of New York and Los Angeles," the website states. "It is important to Lamar that young people, especially between the ages of 9-14, have the resources they need to get all the opportunities available to succeed in life."

In 2010, Kardashian-Odom spoke about admiring her husband for creating Cathy's Kids.

"Every time I see him working with his charity I fall more and more in love with him," Kardashian wrote on her Celebuzz blog. "He's made me a better person and has taught me that anyone can make a difference if you have the desire and the passion to do so."
