Khloe Kardashian recently showed off her weight loss results at the 2013 Kids Choice Awards ceremony, and a new report claims that reality star may have lost a whopping 25 pounds.
Kardashian, 28, has appeared noticeably thinner in recent weeks, which she admits is a result of a strict diet and exercise. Although the reality TV star admitted to being bullied about her weight in the past, her trainer claims that his client is now the "best" she has ever looked.
"When I was a chunky little 8-year-old and I had these two beautiful sisters [Kim and Kourtney], I'd wonder, why don't I look like that?" Kardashian told Life & Style magazine.
"I hate it when people compare me to my sisters ... I will never look like them," she complained.
The reality star recently began a 60-day fitness challenge with her younger brother Rob and the results have been exceptional.
"Everything in moderation. Right now, I try to go on hikes or something. I work out at least four to five days a week," she said.
"Since I have had time in LA— meaning no X Factor and no traveling to Miami every week [to film 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami']— I have had time to stick to a workout," she added.
One nutritional therapist, Elena Michaels, estimates that Kardashian, who is said to be 5′ 10″, may have lost 25 pounds in five months.
Kardashian has also been working with celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, who helped her shed the pounds.
"Khloé looks her best to date and I'm sure she'll be even better as time goes on," Peterson said.
For years, Kardashian has battled with her weight and she previously opened up about trying to conform to unrealistic standards of beauty. At times, mean and critical Twitter users have referred to her as the "fat" Kardashian sister and "Shrek."
"A few years ago I lost 30 pounds, and people still wanted to criticize. And honestly, I'm happy with myself if I'm a little heavier. I realized: 'Why am I trying to conform to someone else's idea of beauty?' I think I'm beautiful either way!" Kardashian told Glamour magazine.
